Advice on T6 setup. (Need brilliant minds!)

So here's my dilema... I'm watching guys like Mikeylikesit#1314 multibox -> leg farm for people... I don't understand how he's doing it. I know he has a primary T6/GR 20-25~ carry and says the rest are just able to stay alive in T6, he joins w/ his carry + 2 geared characters of another class (to apparently stay alive) and leg farms rifts for people, I can see how it's done in regular rifts but in a GR you need to be able to go from beginning to end in order to get GR drops from RG.

How do you succesfully do this?

He doesn't stream. If he did I would know. xD

Having best in slot gear helps... a lot. I don't play the game but i know 4 people who do the same thing, sell legendaries to people.
