Blizzard customer service number?

Does anyone have a working number for their support? I'm trying to combine my accounts on to one battle.net account and all they have is a callback service that says it can't reach me or a live chat that never responds. I haven't reactivated my WoW accounts yet and wanted to get everything combined first because I'm hearing there will be a limit to the number of battle net accounts you are allowed to log in.

theres no phone numbers anymore you been to go in ticket mode if you go billing you get a live chat/phone back i find live chat is faster and easyer

5th time seems to be a charm, finally got someone to respond to me. Had to send a copy of my photo id but they are working on it now. Thanks for the response.
