Well then back to four times 3v3 glad, as no one plays 5s you can't get title by multiboxing anyway, still bad change the bracket would be quite ok with plenty cc removed
I hope when they replace it by something else that its going to have follow in :)
Sucks but its understandable.
eventually no one will play it in season 16 and will be removed in s17
So, enlighten a PVP noob: why are 5's the red-headed step-child of PVP?
well in beta you can not do 5's at 100 the other 2 works but i was unsure if this was a "beta" thing
seem it now works again.
Not a popular bracket and it is ripe for exploits/wintrades/pilots/glad sells.
By removing the titles from the bracket they no longer have to spend resources to police it. Blizz see 3v3 as more competitive and this change could funnel in more people to 3v3. They are also pushing the 3v3 arena esport again with the spectator mode in WoD.
Edit: Another factor pushing the 3v3 bracket is arena/rbg will give the same cap in WoD. Really no reason to run rbgs ever again and 2v2/5v5 are just cap brackets. Along with mount rewards that are for 3v3 only.
I suspect 5s went to shit in large part due to the CC-fest we had in Mists. WoW has always been a bit heavy-handed with character progression so all characters tend to be complicated on top of having 10 in a single instance of PvP. It lends to the notion of it being a clusterfuck.
It might not be that bad with all the classes pruned now but no way of knowing until trying it out.
