need some help with inner mara

Ok I do realize im a bit(or a lot) underleveled for what I am trying to do but I really want to keep progressing through my pve hitlist but Ive hit another roadblock and this one I think I need some outside help with because its a problem.

My problem (aside from the damn nature immune patrols) have been with the freaking lizards in here http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=13323 and their aoe stomp/silence. I didnt find it to be a problem initially and Im not too sure why, I guess they never did it, or they were one level lower or what but right now they are kicking my ass badly (especially the 4 pulls). For whatever reason they have now been SPAMMING their silence attack on me, so anyone within range is chain silenced (the debuffs are seperate so you can have more than one on you at a time, resulting in never being able to cast) Ive tried the whole balls to the walls dps and burn down before tey get to me but the best I can do is 1-2 of them, wipe, ankh, rinse repeat on every pack and that is grossly inadequate. I have also tried spreading my guys out and leaving my main shaman in the middle to try and hold them there with totems and so on and it doesnt work either, the mobs just hit way too hard and I get healer agro they all run everywhere klilling my shamans. I also kind of tried los kiting them and that met with severe failure

I guess I may just be too low lvl to do this or something but I dont want to hear that lol. Once I clear these packs I have been able to kill gizlock(very easy) and rotgrip(very hard). Did not even try princess yet because I doubt Id stand a chance at this level. I have the purple side on farm status and it is laughable at this point so Im just hoping to get the right drops but I would like to reach the stage of farming gizlock for his shield and princess for her daggers soon. Maybe I am far too underlvled for this place since I cant even use the gear Ive already gotten yet /sigh. Well I will still need to kill these guys when Im higher lvl so some tips would be dandy.

Honestly, I think your only option is to kite them with earth bind totems and fire (bomb) totems. (and run like hell! lol)

Or suicide run through them, die, then pop and rez. :P

as much as I hate to say it that second option is quite appealing lol. I usualy wipe on these pulls anways so wiping once and clearing them all = win :) I also think i need to revisit my paths through the place to avoid some of them.

When I went through last time leveling my (then 45) Pally up, I had a 70 warlock and 70 Pally with me. We almost wiped due to the AoE silence crap. Preiously I always tanked it with my warrior... so silence was no big deal.

So ya.. suicide run and rez past them (there are 4 or 5 groups of them if I recall correctly)

there are several differentgroups of them but the part that I was getting rolled on was the ramps down to the goblin boss. 4 pulls of 4 lizards each. If Im careful I think I might even be able to avoid them completely. downside of course is I can get back up later :)

I had a noob-friendly pally-tank team, was easy cause i just held aggro with pally and pewpew'ed from a distance

my 1 suggestion would be to spread your guys out as far as possible so each lizard only silences one shaman at a time. That, and pewepew 1-2 lizards as fast as possible.

princess will be friggin impossible (nature immune)

ya i tried the spread out thing and wiped jsut as fast because they would get agro and those hit very very hard and couldnt heal through it or get agro to bounce around.

And one of my monitors died today so no multiboxing for a while... GDI

You're too low level. I didn't run Mara until about 47 on my 4x hunters. Didn't start ZF until 44.

For me the 4 lizard pulls are trivial :) But I can tell I won't enjoy it on my 1xpally 4xshaman combo.

Id be running ZF instead but in all the instance there is only 1 single piece of worthwhile gear and its from ghaz'rila so screw that. Ill just keep farming orange/purple sides of mara until i get some more levels then push inwards again.

I didn't get crap from ZF for my hunters. I only did it for the XP, $$, and the ZF quests. I ran it about 6 times total along with some light questing. Once I was done with that I was high enough for Mara.
