Any experience with Vetra MegaCast?

It seems to be exactly what I am looking for - Hardware > Software - but the price tag is rather steep, and in addition I would also need it shipped to Europe.

Does anyone here have any experience with it? Or perhaps there is a similar product on the market at a more affordable price?

Vetra Multiplexer had been used by the first multiboxers before the software tools were developed.
in the old forums had been several threads about hardware setups with vetra
