Macro help please

ON Macros, how is everyone making long macros past the 255/255 chars in the macro section of WoW? Im trying to copy and paste these long Macros but it says I run out of chars letters to use. Is there an Add-on i need to get? If so can you please tell me what it is. Thank you

I'd assume most of them should still work. You can also add Ion to the list as well.
