A note on launching lotro through isboxer

FYI to anyone launching a lotro team for the first time.

1) I suggest changing the launch time to 5 seconds in the "launch each character" setting. If you don't get through the server/file check handshaking and the stupid logo animations in those five seconds, it often won't launch the next box.

2)When it hangs and stops launching boxes, don't panic, its really not a huge deal, just tell the team to launch again and it will keep doing boxes. Annoying if you leave it at one second though, because you'll probably have to "launch" again for every box.

3)The first time you launch your team, open your task manager and keep an eye on your cpu. If the cpu gets near capacity you'll stop launching windows. This is easily solved by going through all of the boxes, signing in on a character, and turning the graphics to low for each toon. After I got my team set up I was able to increase the size of the rendered windows, and then increase the master back up to Good graphics, but on my initial try I could only launch the first four boxes.
