Any luck with brewmaster macros?

I've been levelling a low level monk group and my macros work well there but at 90 (on the monk I levelled solo to heal on two months ago) she's just too squishy. These are my four step macros, does anyone have any suggestions for improvement? They were written with only level 40ish abiltiies in mind, so I think thats why they are so weak.

I'd really like something where I auto incorporate the purifying brew and make sure that blackout kick is being done enough to shuffle properly. Before I take a crack at modifying these I was wondering if anyone else is doing heroics with a monk?

I'd still like input if anyone has actually used a brewmaster at high level but so far I've cleared three heroics and made the following modifications:

because it is more important to start getting blackout kicks and hence shuffle out than the minimal healing provided by chi wave.
