How do you stock up on these?
Currently, I have 7 inactive accounts as of 2 months ago, 1 battle.net.

If I buy these now, say another 5 or 10, do they just remain que'd until I associate them with my existing battlet.net account or create a new one? Can I just buy 10 and let them sit?

Buy them, and you get digital codes.
You can access them from whichever battlenet account you purchase them with.

The codes are e-mailed to you (assuming you're BNet is attached to a valid e-mail address). Your past orders (which show all the information of the order) are also accessible via your BNet account on Blizzard's site.
