MOP Dungeon runs with the new totem changes?

Heyo,

I took a big break from 5 boxing, and was wondering how the new totem mechanics work for healing stream with the classic tankadin with 4 shams for dungeon running? Are people running a resto or can we get away with a special totem rotation and 4x ele?

Also any impressions/opinions of the new talent trees and spells would be helpful as well. Trying to decide if I want to come back to see the new content or not.

So far my experience is that you can get away with round-robining healing streams but you will need to interrupt DPSing a bit to handle heals if you are 4x elemental. With a resto I don't have to interrupt my DPSers and I'm having a smoother/easier time in fights, even if they go a little longer.

Thanks... guess I will mess around with a single toon and see if I want to get back in for the new content.

You can easily go 4 x elemental + one tank. Just use healing stream alot, healing tide if the dmg ia to much. You can ignore most dungeon boss mechanics.
