They are no longer bnet account bound but rather client bound.
I use to be able to have 4 of the same item to give to other accounts... like 1-5, and now i can only keep 4 on 4 and 5 on 5 etc... kinda annoying.

is this in effect now, or is it coming in the patch.
Where are you seeing this information? If you're trying to trade them, I'm pretty sure they changed it to via mail only. They were never really "account" bound anyway, they are "account & same server" bound.Quote:

same here.. i was in panic mode yesterday after spending money to transfer a toon with BoAs to my other bnet, and when i logged him in and tried to trade it.. it said "can not trade soulbound items" i was like "NooOoOoOO!" But i was standing there with the toon i was trying to give it to and next to me was a mailbox. so i was relieved to be able to get him the BoAs. Freaked me out at first though!Quote:
