Simple Octopus Question

Apologies if this was answered somewhere else, but I couldn't find what I needed using the thread search.
I want to dual box WoW on my computer; I have two 1920x1080 monitors. How do I make it so that there are two maximized windows on each monitors, like main character application ran in 1920x1080 on monitor one and the other ran on monitor two also at 1920x1080?

http://i.imgur.com/N1s74.jpg is what I've tried doing, along with some other attempts that didn't work either. This makes it so that the main is ran in typical fullscreen windowed on monitor one, but the second wow is also on the main monitor (as seen on taskbar) but it doesn't actually show up on screen.

Any suggestions?
