Having what has to be a really simple problem

I have a keymap that does send 4 > my healer then send next click with video fx to my healer.

(all on one step).

This worked when I set it up. Nothing has changed. But the part where it actually sends the "4" for healing rain has just stopped working. The videofx box (to the correct character) still pops up so I know the key is working and the splash of "healing rain for healer" text is popping up. It just doesn't want to send the 4 first!

I've tried it as 4>slot 4
4>starshiny
4> healer

None of them worked.

"4" on starshinys box does indeed click healing rain so its not a competing keybind for her as far as I know.

this must be something basic but for the life of me I don't know what it is
