Repeater Region and tank stops attacking

Hello,
I've been attempting to set up my WoW team to use clique healing and a Isboxer's repeater regions.
I used Ualaa's guide to set up clique and the repeater region. That went smoothly.
However, when I began testing the system on a training dummy while driving from the tank, I ran into an unexpected problem.
Whenever I try to heal the tank, the tank would drop its target and stop attacking. It doesn't happen if I'm driving from the healer.
I've searched the forums for an answer. The best I could find was a reference to something similar happening in vuhdo, quoted below:

As for the above settings for stopping vuhdo from stopping your dps toons to heal, I just entered "none" in for the spell and this also stops it from selecting any heals ORon the dps toons set a modifier such as Alt or Shift and that would make it that the dps toons would heal when alt is selected.
I use ISBoxer and repeater regions and it seems to work pretty well, my only initial issue was sorting the toons the same on all toons layout and also as default vuhdo sets as default "target" for your tank and so you have to change that :) , otherwise on a heal your tank will stop attacking it's target and select the toon you selected in Vuhdo :D"

I've checked clique but can't find anything there that would cause this behaviour. Any help that anybody could provide would be appreciated.

Start your team.
Drive from or activate your tank window
open the Repeater Region menu
delete the repeater region you are using for your targeting and healing.

Start creating a new one, for all others, and before you click ok, activate the checkbox near the bottom that says something like "block clicks from this window"

click ok
place your repeater region
press the sync button
save to auto or whatever profile you chose.
close your Repeater Region menu

save isboxer file
export all to innerspace


Now when you are using your tank, and you click on your repeater region, for your mouse motion and left click or right click for your healer... the click in the active window (tank window) will not go through the repeater region like it normally will at default.. your tank will not change targets, and will continue to build threat. It "doesnt happen" while driving from the healer, because quite frankly, the healer is passing the click healing, and when you are using the clique addon, the function from the main window doesnt get passed to the tank... all be it, it actually is trying to click anyway.
