Interact with target broken?

In the last few days I've started having some issues with IRT and quest NPCs.

IRT still works fine with mobs, but if I am out of range of a quest NPC then IRT does nothing, when it used to make the toon turn, run to the npc and open up the quest window. Anyone else noticed this? FYI I am 4-boxing using IsBoxer.

EDIT: OMG the Click to move box somehow unclicked itself, can someone please delete this thread :/
