The Current Ragewhispers.com is currently administrated by Oathbreaker.
I have been working a Ragewhispers 2.0 which will allow you to register and then post your own "Rages".
I am not sure when it will be fully operational, or if Oath will approve its implementation, But until then if you'd like to check it out you can use this link. Feel free to register and post the rage you talked about. If nothing else it'll be a good way to beta test everything.

Will do. I suggest making a "love whispers" category as well, as I get those from time to time as well.
