Posted. It's the least I could do for ya seeing as how you have created a bunch of guides for us. Which came in very handy by the way.
I did Power Techs to 20 and Mercs to 29. Both seem decent. Not the WTFAMAZINGBBQSAUCE that is Operatives though.
