So started to log my shamans in and got the "Change password due to suspicious activity message". So i changed it, and about 3 password changes later i still cannot log in all my characters.
Anyone know anything about this? I submitted a ticket, but nothing yet.
i've had to do that before, when i switch computers throughout the day multiple times. I'll have to change my password, log in, change it again, and then it usually lets me log in.
it's only happened a few times but it's annoying.
I ended up having to call them because it was doing it every time i logged in. ended up having to get them to put multiple address on my account. the geo-location security stuff was causing it on my end
yeah the support ticket said that it should no longer be an issue. so we will see when i log on.
I travel a lot for work and everytime I log in from a hotem in another country I have to change my password due to suspicious login.
I suppose I can't complain though, it does mean that in case of a hack, there's a good chance they wont be able to get in even when knowing your password.:P
Yeah they fixed it. Not having the problem anymore. I just eased my pain by beating MW3 and BF3 the last 2 days, but its stream lined now. :)
