Help with addon
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...ame-maker.aspx
This has much more functionality than Maat's UI addon for creating frames... But the frames it creates do not cover any other UI elements. They're always in the background and so can't be used to block keyclicks. Does anyone know how to either A) modify the addon in the LUA so that the created frames are always in the foreground, or B) have some other solution? :)

You're looking for an option for Strata.
Someone asked this same question 7 months ago and the author said he'd include it in the next update,
which doesn't seem to have happened. I didn't load the add-on to look at how it works but it might be
helpful if you created a test frame and then posted the SavedVariable .lua file contents into some [code]
tags here to see if someone with Lua knowledge can tell you how to add in such a feature. I don't have
the Lua knowledge myself but I have some people I can ask to see if they know how to accomplish this.
I'll be busy with homework and a new video tomorrow (orly? yarly) so I doubt I'll have time to check out the
add-on myself.

I looked at each file in the Frame Maker directory and only found one instance of the word "strata". I don't know if that means that each window gets a default strata that's defined in some other way or what.
I did play around with it for awhile. It does totally register events like whether or not the target has your diseases etc and will show/hide the windows based off of that... Unfortunately it won't do it in combat IF your frame can be clicked to cast a spell or use a macro or an item. When it can't be clicked to do something it will appear and disappear in combat.
So now, all that needs to happen is to make the f'ing frames not-click-throughable!

I posted on wowinterface.com asking about how to change the strata of the frames. Hopefully someone will answer and all will be well :)
