Keep Keymaps but disable Broadcasting?

I would like to modify which slots receive commands. I understand that ISBoxer's "broadcast" isn't a separate action but part of the keymaps. There must be a way to do it but I'm too much of a novice to figure it out how to create a toggle.

To be clear here's two examples:

1. I tried out 4 frost DKs for pvp. (nothing new, it's nasty) I like to play them in 2v2 arenas also. I would like to toggle a function that would stop the broadcasting to slot3nd slot4 and one that would stop broadcasting to slot1 and slot2. it would be nice to be able to do this without logging out two of the toons each time.

2. My mine is a prot/fury warrior. He tanks my melee team. As tanks are always in demand my guildies aften ask me to tank. I would like to be able to toggle a function that would stop the broadcasting to all the other slots and allow me to play the one slot while still using the keymaps.
