So I've been looking around, and haven't found this all it one place, and it's where I'm fuzziest on my macros.. what do all these do?
reset=target/5
reset=combat/5
reset=5
reset=combat
What are the key differences here? When should they be used and not used?

reset on new target or 5 seconds
reset on leaving combat or 5 seconds
reset after 5 seconds
reset after leaving combat
Keep in mind, that is idle time. It will reset after you have not pressed the macro for 5 consecutive seconds.

I don't believe you can use modifiers with /castsequence. You'll have to use seperate macros and select them via you MB software
