I am in the near future upgrading to a QX9650 with an 8800GTX or whatever 9 series gfx card Nvidia comes up with next( assumming it's financially feasible). I finally plan on running all 5 instances on the same PC!! :D I do have a few performance questions to ask you guys though . . .
2.) Also, thinking about going RAID SATA, but should I have all accounts on one array or a 2/3 split over 2 arrays??
9800 GX2 (2 chips on one PCB) for video
Dont bother with raid, just get separate Hard Drive for each wow sessions.
all their load times are identical, just like running 1 wow ( i tried raid it failed me, choked on load times)

I would actually recommend against this, since (as far as I know) this is essentially SLI technology you can't disable. If SLI was transparent to games and always gave an increase, I'd recommend it. But this is simply not the case. Anyone remember the 7950GX2? Maybe this one won't be as disappointing, but I'd wait until it has been out a while and has proven itself. At this point, I'd recommend either an 8800GTS 512 (G92) or an 8800 Ultra, depending on your budget.

1.) Any figures as far as Main fps and the minimum fps you have your Alts running at??
2.) Also, thinking about going RAID SATA, but should I have all accounts on one array or a 2/3 split over 2 arrays??
If I come up with any other questions I will post them in the original pos.
 Thanks, guys!!
Here's my take:
1. I am currently running an 8800gtx on a core2 duo at 2560x1600. I run 60fps on main (2560x1000), 15fps on slaves(640x600x4 slaves). It runs very well. The main only drops below 60fps really when I'm in orgrimmar or some place like that. I don't really notice it at all during fights, although I'm sure it drops a little when all those Fire Nova totems are going off. :)
2. I wouldn't. Unless you are buying a dedicated RAID controller, I don't recommend it. Most commodity m/bs that I know of are running a software RAID solution which really gives back in performance most gains you'd see in real world scenarios. I've tried quite a few different m/b RAID solutions now, and while they all look good on the benches, the real world stuff doesn't seem appreciably any better. It's not worth the overhead and risk of data loss, imo.
