For someone who has been here for awhile you should know how to read past post's.

Go look at the quests in each zone.

Also I use cartographer for the GPS-like feature, you open your map and ctrl+right click a spot and it displays an arrow in front of you that points to your destination and also shows how much estimated time to get there.
