I have a 5s team with 1 paladin + 4 frost DK now.
I am thinking to replace one DK with other char.
Any suggestion and can give more advantage than 4DK?

Well, Enh shaman will give you CC with Hex, totems of course, MW procs can be used for an instant HW or Healing Rain, ghost wolf can be useful.
But I don't PvP. I'm sure you can find pro's for many classes, but then, there's plenty to be said for having fewer procs and tools to have to deal with.
I've heard people consider a Warrior.
You'd have the intimidating shout, an extra buff, and another high damage burst class.
Charges for stuns.
A feral druid could be interesting.
The mangle-rake-mangle-mangle-rip does not need any facing requirements.
You get an extra buff, the equivalent of Kings (MotW) + Might.
Melee crits would heal the team, and you'd have a full blown healer + tank for PvE.
All four DK's have ranged attacks, in the form of Howling Blast.
Going with a straight melee, reduces your ranged attacks.
But gets you either a CC, a proc and/or buff, maybe higher burst.
3x HC and 3x DG, likely won't be that much worse than 4x of each... provided your additional class gets you something fairly big.

Burst out the butt (and you can make burst into a single macro)
If you can DG everyone into you at the same time you can pop sweeping strikes and go to town on someone with heroic strikes from the extra rage from extra hits.
You get anti-paladin and anti-mage shattering throw.
13 second ranged interupt (focus charge)
Improved hamstring can incapacitate the target
Especially as a human you can run your warrior in mostly PVE gear for extra damage if you really want that first kill.
Adds a secondary execute which hits REALLY hard.
Bladestorm isn't CCable so you can use it when you feel there is going to be pressure from CC to keep applying pressure.
Hurts clothies more than howling blast normally does, good for pressure on priests, mages and locks.
TLDR: Extra burst + 10% extra reduced healing on the target + stupid damage in general with some extra utility.
