Role check bypass

Hi all,

I am boxing 2 groups of 5 with the same characters.
5 Paladins and 5 hunters
With the dungeon finder role check I have no problems for the Paladins to enter random dungeon (true dungeon finder), but with the Hunters (DPS only) I have to travel to the dungeon to enter and I don't like that.
Anyone of you pro's :) know how to bypass the role check? or just traveling with the hunters is the only option?

You can't bypass this.

I thought you could queue with whatever group you wanted.
And then drop some toons and add others.

For example, queue with two Paladins and three Hunters.
Pallies pick heals and tank, since Hunters cannot.

Then once you're queued, drop the two Pallies for two Hunters.
Those two won't get the extra rewards for using Dungeon Finder.
But are still in the group.

Not sure this still works; if the tank drops does that remove the group from the entire queue?
This did work in the WotLK era.

Another bypass is to physically take your toons to the dungeon entrance and zone in.

Either do what Ualaa said, start group and enter dungeon with a "viable" group, then drop the members you dont want, and login/invite the ones you do want.

Running into the instance portal manually doesn't have any requirements that I'm aware of.

Cool, I am gonna try this:
Start with viable group
Drop the tank and healer
Then invite the 2 other hunters
(Hope this will work, I am at work now but gonna try this later today at home :))

I want to avoid traveling from instance to instance.
But I hope this really will work because 5 hunters doing al (regular) instances sounds like a challenge.

Problem with joining into a team that queued via the LFG tool that if you are doing daily heroic or daily normal the toon that joined NOT via the LFG tool will not get the end reward for completing the instance. So no valor for them from the daily heroic or no extra justice point in case of the normal instances.

Of course if you don't mind doing daily heroic/normal twice then this is not a problem because you can just join in with another toon who has already completed the daily.

I understand the need to enforce composition on group size of 4 or less to not screw over the 5th. However, why bother with 5 queuing? If we want to make life hard for ourselves, so be it :)

One could dream this will someday change...

I have tested it just now:

Started the following group with dungeon tool: 1 tank - 3 dps (hunters)- 1 healer:

Dropped the tank and healer (loggod off and then uninvite) and logged in with the 2 other hunters and invited them to the instance group. The 2 new hunters now can enter the instance with the dungeon finder icon. (minimap) Now 5 hunters are in the instance and I have just completed ragefire chasm.

But only the 3 original hunters received the dungeon finder reward.

So, with a little hassle..... it can be done.
