Best way to assign cores

Does isboxer automatically assign cores when it loads accounts?

My 5box runs fine on my rig, but if I can get some performance boost I'd like that. Have a quad core. What do people typically recommend for assigning cores for 5clients?

ISBoxer assigns the cores you've chosen per slot in your character set.

I have ISB setup to put the 1st four clients on a separate core and then 5th one is spread across all 4 cores.
