Best way to gear up the team...

So I am interested in learning how you guys gear up your toons.

I know tank and healer need to be geared up fast and I have done that mostly. But what about the other toons? I have three casters in my team (ele shammy, moonkin, arcane/frost mage) I am working on crafting every epic BOE possible through professions for them and I am farming BOT as usual. But sometimes things like these http://www.wowhead.com/item=67131 drop and then i find myself trying to decide who it should go to. Obviously this is not a healer item (or is it? make some of the hast into spirit perhaps?) so what's the best way to go about it ? Max out one toon and then move to the next with upgrades or spread the upgrades evenly across toons. All 3 casters have the same cape on and so it would be an upgrade for all of them
