Elemental Damage Buffs / Debuffs

Been considering party and raid makeup based around individual damage types.


1. Am I right in presuming Frost Armour from Riftblade increases everyones Fire damage against a mob by 20% and not just the Riftblades ? Also presuming it doesn't stack, because that would be nuts OP ?


(a number of Mages do Fire damage but I don't think any Rogues or any Clerics do Fire damage - the Purifier which seems fire based actually does Life damage - ?)



2. Are there any significant Death or Life magic debuffs or damage buffs in any soul (not self only) ?
