Key Combination Conflcts!!!

My big question is that even though i systematically assign each macro a unique key combination i still get conflicts. When i try to eat/drink i get "you are already in a group" It seems once it does break its broke for good no mater if i change the hotkey or the key combination. And i do /console reloadui every time i make a change to key combinations or add macros.

I dont do anything noobish like have the keysets inactive or forget to add characters to the whole set of keymaps. When i try to troubleshoot the two common denominators are the affected action has a shift modifier in it and it has a key wow uses as well. not the exact key but a variation of it. example wow uses C to bring up character window. But say i use shift - c for my food / water macro.

I keep all my macros in ISBoxers game helper. and the profile. So i can quickly run out of key combinations if i dont systematicaly set them instead of randomly picking key combinations. There are four rows on your keyboard. I give general macros to the last row and i give the remaining three rows to each class. So my setup is arrayed like this:

DKs 1 - 0
Priest Q through P
General (drink, inviteall etc.. ) Z through M ?

Hi Jack.

The behavior you're describing is usually exhibited by WoW when a WoW bind is not actually set on the key combination you're pressing. If you press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C, it's going to fall through until a bind is found that matches. In this case, that would be C.

What you've found is a bug in ISBoxer 38 beta. The bug you found is that, for your "Items" WoW Macro Set, you selected only specific Characters, not the team. All of your other WoW Macro Sets have the team selected. Just this one doesn't have the team selected, and just this one doesn't work. Therefore, the problem is that in the current beta build, the Characters selected are currently ignored and the macros are NOT currently generated for them. Oops!

Also, most people are still on 37 and wouldn't be able to open your profile. :)

Copy of my Bindings-Cache.wtf should i strip all the bind X none and save? Thats not gona be like dividing by 0 and blow up my setup will it?

Like you, Jack, all my macros are stored within ISBoxer and generated at export into the ISBoxer addon. Once you're setup like this you no longer need action bars, or the keybinds made to them.

I literally have 12-15 keys bound inside the game options (everything else was systematically unbound), with a few more bound to addons. Most of my gamehelper macros are bound to CTRL or ALT numpad keys (SHIFT is dodgey on the numpad) or combinations of CTRL, ALT and SHIFT with letter and function keys (Don't forget to avoid ALT-F4 =P).
