Frost DK pvp: Dual W or 2H?

hello:)
need some "help".
When started pvp with this grp i did choice to go for Dual Wield.
now considering :
- the incoming nerf (ptr) about Hblast spamming (dmg reduction on secondary targets around 40%)
- the change (ptr) about 2H oriented talent Might of the Frozen Wastes (it will give + 2H dmg too)
- my personal data mining about Obliterate 2H>Obliterate DW
- the simple fact a 2H weapon is usable for Tanking and will be unique viable weapon (ptr) for Unholy

my question is ...all considered... is still best choice my original idea to play DW or it s better save Conquest pts for 2H?
Atm i have over 3000 pts in my 5 dks, i have already main h weapon 1h epic from pvp.
Wait some day and convert all to 2H or stay DW, buying offhand?

this is the situation on one of my dk, all have basically same gear, minimal differences in gems/enchants/reforge only:

No one is using dual wield for pvp other than you it seems >_>

The general consensus has been 2H, in Unholy Presence.
For the Frost HB-spam pvp style.

This is correct.

2h vs Dual Wield, I don't think it makes a huge difference for frost. It is minor. Dual wield is less bursty but more constant damage. Killing machine will proc more often with dual wield, but each hit is smaller. 2h is a little better since you will be kited and when all your runes are available, you output more with 2h.

in short, when you are kited, you will be spamming HB. In this case, 2h = dual wield. Finally when you get to him, you have your runes and runic power. 2h > dual wield when you use all your runes + runic power.

all considered, i go for 2H.
Wedn is close , i need 30-400 pts. i can get {1550 or so} pts with my rating, so it s viable and useful.
have a solid 2H is great for Pve purpose too.
