My new computer is running and all that I can't get working is the SSD. Windows 7 does not see it at all. I would like a few Ideas to try before I open up the case.

More important than windows, what does the bios see?
Can you see it if you Rt click computer/Manage/disk management?
I had something similar happen when i got mine, had to give it a drive letter i think or format it from there..
HPVAC is starting right. First make sure the system BIOS or UEFI sees the new SSD drive. If it doesnt, then you need to reseat the cables to the drive and try again till it does or replace the drive. If its seen in bios but not windows. Open your storage management page and initilize, partition, format and assign drive letters.
