Elemental Shaman DPS with 5 boxing

I run a Bear Tank + 3 Elemental Shaman + 1 Resto Shaman group. I've read these forums a ton and I currently have a 2 step macro I use for my Elemental Shamans that helped my DPS. But currently my elemental shamans are still doing in the 5-8k DPS. That seems really low for Cata Elemental Shamans and I was wondering if anyone else has had some success in getting more DPS out of elemental shamans spamming one button. Any help would be appreciated. :)

DPS depends on more than just spec, and you don't provide any of that information. Gear? Glyphs? Level? Macros? Talents? At the very least, you should link your armory.

also, reforging matters! a lot of quest gear/ justice badge gear has crit and all crit should be reforged to Spirit until hit capped>>haste>>mastery.
