Finished boosting the last team to 60 so giving 5boxing properly a try now. 4x 60 boomkins grouped up with a 80 lock for VW tank only (purposely no lock dps while learning how to boomkin).
So far just spent 5mins in ramp, send in pet, FF/3xMoonfires, then wrath or starfires until dead.
What sort of rotations do u guys do for 4booms? I see boomkins can do other aoe or frontal cone nukes but I never really played dps before, only good at healing.
mostly manage the eclipse and you are good, Uuala had a 2 key method that was set up for the new Eclipse BAR.
From what I've seen, you do not want the Sunfire talent.
While that is a DPS gain, it precludes you from running a single mashable macro which takes you from Solar to Lunar eclipses and back.
Boomkin doesn't require any management of the Eclipse.
Basically take your macro and mash it until the mob is dead.
For trash, you would likely Starfire or Wrath until they're dead.
Because dots are more or less wasted on trash that die in 2-3 seconds, while your dots want to tick for 15 seconds or so.
For bosses, the dps macro is ideal.
I would use the two step macro posted in the Mercurio sticky thread.
