Cannot queue up for random normals

Has anyone experienced issues with queuing up for the random normal daily? I have an average item level of 315, all toons are level 85. I have discovered and are allowed to queue for Vortex Pinnacle and Stonecore. The rest are locked due to lack of discovery.

When I queue up for a random with a guild members (with me filling in two or three of the spots) with the same conditions above I can queue just fine. In fact for a while a guild member (he tanked) and I had Stonecore as our only choice and we got that and the reward for the first random of the day for many days.

Any thoughts before I bother a GM?

@85, the only instances that give credit for random daily are Grim Batol, Halls of Origination and Lost City - the other two are considered lower levels.

You can't queue for randoms that you haven't discovered the entrance to. I suspect it has something to do with you or them not having the same discovered instances.
