Haven't seen a single queue yet on Shadow Council US. And i'm working on a mod so i'm actually relogging quite often. yay for playing off hours :-)
Cenarius US has a short queue, as of 5:30pm server time.
Fifty-ish, when the roommate got home.
2600+ @ 8pm server time, estimated 1 hour wait
all interesting but this is the Kil'Jaeden forum

1700 Queue!!!!!! Just created a team of worgen druids (10 of them) and when I tried to log back in had an unmanageable wait...so, going to wait till you west coast f'ers go to bed and finish setting them up.
Free transfers opened today off KJ.
