Took a break over the summer (always do) and just bought my 5 pre-orders for Cata. Was planning on getting started with everything again but it looks like a lot has changed in the last few months.
First ... /click ... is that totally removed or just ,,,,?
How, exactly, do you account for abilities on a cooldown now?
I dug around this forum for a bit, but I seem to be missing something - a quick note to clue me in would be appreciated.

Basically /Click still works, in that it will click as many buttons as you want it to.
However, only a single (the first) castsequence that is clicked can fire off.
So you can build double sets of macros.
The first is your castsequence.
And the second is your proc abilities.
Or alternatively, build two castsequences.
And alternate between the two.
Those two methods, seem to cover every class rather well.
