Super Duper Macro...how to fix it yourself?

Everytime WoW patches, SDM breaks...and I have to post here to ask for fixes etc.... is there a way I can fix it myself? As of the 4.3 patch Super Duper Macro seems broken again, can anyone post a quick fix and give me an idea on somewheres to look on how to do the repairs myself? WoWinterface is just showing the October 17th fix. :/

jeep, I know this sounds a bit basic but I get caught nearly every patch. Remember to enable the load out-of-date addons.
