Skype enabled housephone

My brother in-law is wanting to get a house phone, but I told him if he goes with Skype it would be cheaper. I told him there are phones that can connect to the computer to use it but I couldn't find any at our local Walmart. Guess they stopped selling them. Anyone here got any recommendations on a good one? Maybe from Walmart.com, could have them ship it to the store, or preferably Newegg?
