Ok, what do you think? Destruction lock cast sequence
/castsequence reset=10/combat Bane of Agony, Curse of Tongues, Corruption, Soul Fire, Immolate, Curse of the Elements, Conflagrate, Soul Fire, Incinerate, Incinerate, Soul Fire, Incinerate
/cast Chaos Bolt
I don't get it. You are casting CoT then CotE 10 seconds later, then CoT 15 seconds later. You'll burn up a lot of mana refreshing curses with a long duration.
This is what I use and I like it.

ah cool, Ill try that one out :)
I use two macros.
One does coe corruption bane and unstable
Next one does immolate incinerate searing pain soul and shadow bolt
Makes it easy for me
