Heirlooms? Ridiculous now. Average piece costs somewhere around 180+ old badges. I'd advise working on the Champion Seal items since they are unchanged.

They tuned the pricing for heirlooms to lvl 85 rates of justice point income, so it's significantly harder to get them now.
