Now I am getting frustrated This isnt making sense

So how when I hit my focus follow what ever key my Priest ignores that and jsut decided to heal my Main. WTF is going on?

I have my Heals set to ALT1-5

My
/follow
/focus button is 1. I never had this problem until I tried to add Sheeping x3 its totally bonkers.

Note out of all the advice I have got on sheeping None has worked for me yet other than
/assist paladin
/cast Polymorph

I took it all out, I made sure I have nothing in my WOW hotkeys there is nothing I see no reason to have Heal going off and NOW my Priest wont follow when I hit #1
