WoW Ratings / Portal / Sig revamp, looking for honest feedback

HI all,
I think a number of you might have used wow-ratings at some point or another, and any feedback is welcome.

Over the last few months I've added a lot of modules to it (ratings, randoms, sigs, lists, portal etc) and the framework is very messy so i'm rebuilding it.
As i'm doing that i thought i might as well give it all a new look, a bit more cataclysm oriented.

Here's a little something i've started with, and am looking for feedback (looks good? bad? clearer? more confusing? etc)
Obviously just a draft at the moment, but gives an idea.
