Just an FYI for anyone looking for new accounts. Best Buy (Canada) has vanilla wow on sale for 24.99 with a free copy of the burning crusade. I just picked up one and got WOTLK as well for a grand total of $78.38. I think the battle chest was still $49, so quite the savings.
