Experiences with GameGuard

Hi,
has anyone experiences with software tools that are working with GameGuard (or to be more concrete: Lineage2)?
I know that GG detects a lot of keystroke applications like the macro tool that ships with the G15. On the other hand, the utilitity for the N52 works quite fine.
So i wonder if synergy or s.th. like that will work with GG?
Has someone from a coders point of view a deeper insight in the different ways how the tools insert the keystream into the application?
