Delayed start for innerspace.exe?

By default, I have innerspace.exe run as my computer bootup/login.

The issue is that my comp log in and executes it quicker then windows can establish a network connection, therefore triggering Innerspace to think that there's no network connection.

Anyway we can add a delay start to innerspace as an option?
