Honestly i just used the preset 1080pHD 29.97 High settings. I tried them before but I think I might have messed up a setting and it looked crappy. It still doesn't look clear to me, so I'll keep trying to make it better from here.

Looks like you may be using a lower in game resolution that you are recording it as.
Also, why are there only two people in your jamba team?
At that size you've got less than 9 minutes before you hit YouTube's 2GB limit on video file size. I know one of your videos was 13 minutes or something so you might want to get to the point or speed them up a bit at times if being able to read the chat box is that important.
