Only just today realized that I never even cared to get First aid on my shaman.
Doesn't really even seem like it would have a need anyway. Any boxers use bandages on any of their characters?

Forgive mah ignorance, but can you use it in arena or no? Is there a list somewhere that shows what isnt allowed in arena? I found out the hardway rocket boots arent lol
They can be used in arenas. Specially for boxers, bandages may have some value. I once accidentely hit Bandage on someone that in the same moment bandaged himself. Both heals counted even though he had the debuff.
Note: Any damage breaks the bandaging.
Fomeny, if thats the case, couldnt 4-5 boxers bandage one character at once if they all cast at the same time (which clearly is easy for a boxer...)
Well, it's quiet some time ago, and it's hard to test as a non-multiboxer, so I don't know whether it still works ;)
But I honestly wouldn't know how they could avoid similar requests in the same second. Apparently, at least back then, it's only tested, whether the target has the First-Aid-Debuff, whether you can start casting or not.
i saw a patch notes quite a long time ago that fixed that bug. i haven't tested to make sure they did though.
Back in the day, I had two bandage macros. One macro would have everyone bandage my main since he normally took most of the damage and the other would just bandage the player themselves. The one that bandaged my main would just about instantly heal him to 100% HP and was quite nice when I was OOM on my priest... until they fixed it.
