Account Restoration Process Help
Hi all,
so as some may have read my accounts got hacked about 10 days ago. Today blizz started to restore my toons, so far a ton of stuff is missing and the only 80s that have been restored to close to what they were are the ones which were transferred off my accounts.
One full account they have sent me an email saying that it could not be restored and when I called blizz said they could nto see that the account had been accessed, yet both my 80s on that account are naked except for items which could not be DE'ed. Blizz phone support have referred me to the ingame gms to further help with the restore.
So now while I am waiting for a GM response I really have no idea of the individual items that are missing, 13 fully epiced 80s is hard to keep that sort of track. What can I do? What can a GM see to help with restoring the toons? I really would prefer a toon rollback but phone support has said that rollbacks can only be done on toons which have been transferred off the account.
REALLY frustrated right now, HELP!!!:(
