Woot! Fabulous Mokoi! That's wonderful that you can start getting your guys some ilvl 251 gear all by your lonesome. It definitely gets easier as the gear and badges start to pile up week after week.
On my Mag team (probably my worst geared 10-man team), I one shotted everything in Lower Spire this week.
As always, gear is hit and miss - I've been fortunate to see four Midnight Suns (Mp5 Dagger) and two Muradin's Spyglasses (caster DPS trinket) drop in the last three weeks, but have yet to see a Neverending Winter (tank shield) nor a Mag'hari Cheiftain's Staff that would be huge upgrades for my tanks/healers.
I'm hoping you'll be crusing through soon as well. :D
