Questions and advice on EQ2 group setups

First of all, thank you to everyone that makes this site happen. Great info. This post should be in the everquest section but being a new poster ...

My intention with my groups is to dungeon crawl all the way to max level. I was originally planning to just box 4 to get there but based on the feedback/posts from others, it appears that all 6 will be necessary once I get to level 70ish. Boxing 6 is doable and kinda exciting so I am pulling the group together (actually two.)

Group 1:
SK
Defiler
Troub
Warlock
Coercer
Last spot?

I cannot decide the last spot. It appears that I will need a second healer at higher levels. Is that true? Is so, I am currently thinking Fury. Is that a good choice?

Group 2:
Pally or Zerker or Monk
Templar
Dirge
Mage or Wiz
Swash
Mystic

Two questions here. First, I cannot decide on the tank. I probably like the feel of the zerker best but the aggro control on the pally is amazing. Does the zerker handle aggro good enough for this group? What about the monk? Nobody seems to use a monk as a tank. Can they hold aggro?

Second, I cannot decide between the mage and wiz. Any advice there?

Final question, I see a lot of group setups that include CC types (i.e. Coercer.) Do people use their mez skills while they box or do they just use the buffs and dps? I am not including an Illy in my second group so I can include my swashy.
